MARINE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (No. 4) ORDER 2005.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Marine (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 4) Order 2005.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Communications Marine and Natural Resources conferred on him by the European Communities (Sea Fisheries) Irish Sea Herring Fishing (Licensing) Regulations 2005 ( S.I. No. 547 of 2005 ) are delegated to Pat the Cope Gallagher, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.
