ÚDARÁS NA GAELTACHTA (POLLING DAY) ORDER 2005

I, ÉAMON Ó CUÍV, T.D., Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Regulation 6 of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Elections Regulations 1979 ( S.I. No. 355 of 1979 ), as adapted by the Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 308 of 2002 ), hereby make the following order:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta (Polling Day Order 2005.

2.         The poll at an election under Part IV of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act 1979 (No. 5 of 1979) shall be held on 2 April 2005 and shall continue for the period beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 9 p.m.
