International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1987 International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Consolidation) Regulations 1993

I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food hereby appoint the Cambridge Refrigeration Technology as a “qualified authority” pursuant to and for the purposes of Section 5(2) (a) of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1987 and for the purposes of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Consolidation) Regulations 1993 as such a “qualified authority”.

I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food herby designate the premises described in the Schedule below as “designated premises” pursuant to and for the purposes of Section 5 (2) (b) of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1987 and for the purposes of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Consolidation) Regulations 1993.

This Order confers the function of “qualified authority” in respect of examining and testing transport equipment in Ireland for the purposes of the carriage of perishable foodstuffs on Cambridge Refrigeration Technology (CRT) and designates the premises in the schedule where such testing will be carried out.
