S.I. No. 62/2003 - Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 2002 (Amendment) Order 2003

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 14 of the Building Control Act 1990 (No. 3 of 1990), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 2002 (Amendment) Order, 2003.

2. The Schedule to the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 2002 ( S.I. No. 2 of 2002 ) is hereby amended by the insertion of “Gerard Grogan”.
