S.I. No. 2/2002 - Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 2002

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Building Control Act, 1990 (No. 3 of 1990), hereby orders as follows:-

1. This Order may be cited as the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 2002.

2. (1) A body to be known as the Building Regulations Advisory Body, hereinafter referred to as “the Advisory Body”, is hereby appointed.

(2) The Advisory Body shall, for the period commencing on the 9^th day of January 2002 and expiring on the 31^st day of December, 2006, consist of the persons named in the Schedule to this Order.

3 The Chairperson of the Advisory Body for the period commencing on the 9^th day of January, 2002 and expiring on the 31^st day of December, 2006, shall be Professor Owen Lewis.
