AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE INVESTIGATION OF MARINE CASUALTIES, THE PUBLICATION OF REPORTS ON THE INVESTIGATION OF MARINE CASUALTIES, THE CONDUCTING OF INQUIRIES INTO MARINE CASUALTIES, THE REPEAL OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT, 1894, RELATING TO MARINE CASUALTIES, THE AMENDMENT OF THE MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT, 1992, IN RELATION TO THE REGULATION AND USE OF PLEASURE CRAFT AND OTHER VESSELS, THE AMENDMENT OF THE SEA POLLUTION ACT, 1991, THE ADVANCE OF MONEYS BY THE MINISTER FOR THE MARINE AND NATURAL RESOURCES FOR MARINE OR NATURAL RESOURCE BASED TOURISM OR HERITAGE PROJECTS, AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
