MAXIMUM PRICES (MAGAZINES) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1996

The Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 22C(3) (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965) of the Prices Act, 1958 ) (No. 4 of 1958), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Magazines) (Revocation) Order, 1996.

2. The Maximum Prices (Magazines) Order, 1996 ( S.I. No. 207 of 1996 ), is hereby revoked.
