AN BORD BIA ACT, 1994 (Levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order, 1996

I, Ivan Yates, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 37 (3) of An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (No. 22 of 1994), hereby make the following Order, as respects which, pursuant to section 37(4) of the said Act, a draft has been approved by a resolution of each House of the Oireachtas:

1. This Order may be cited as the An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (Levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order, 1996.

2. The rate of levy prescribed in paragraph (c) of section 37 (2) of An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (as varied by the An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order, 1995 ( S.I. No. 197 of 1995 ) is hereby varied by the substitution in that paragraph of "20p" for "1p".

3. The An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (Levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order, 1995, is hereby revoked.
