AN BORD BIA ACT, 1994 (LEVY ON SLAUGHTERED OR EXPORTED LIVESTOCK) ORDER, 1995.

I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 37 (3) of An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (No. 22 of 1994), hereby make the following Order, as respects which, pursuant to section 37 (4) of the said Act, a draft has been approved by a resolution of each House of the Oireachtas:

1. This Order may be cited as the An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (Levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order, 1995.

2. This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 6th day of February, 1995.

3. The rate of levy prescribed in paragraph (c) of section 37 (2) of An Bord Bia Act, 1994 , is hereby varied by the substitution in that paragraph of "1p" for "20p".
