ENTERPRISE AND EMPLOYMENT (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1993.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1993.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Enterprise and Employment under the Acts specified in the First Schedule to this Order and under any Instrument made under any such Act, and the instruments specified in the Second Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to Séamus Brennan, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise and Employment.
