Duties of owners and master of vessel, etc.

21.—The owner and master of a vessel or the owner or owners of other property in danger shall owe the following duties to the salvor, that is to say:

(a) to co-operate fully with the salvor during the course of the salvage operations;

(b) in performing the duty specified in paragraph (a), to exercise due care to prevent or minimize damage to the environment;

(c) when the vessel or other property has been brought to a place of safety, to accept redelivery when reasonably requested by the salvor to do so.
