NATIONAL SOCIAL SERVICE BOARD (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1988.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (7) of section 6 of the National Social Service Board Act, 1984 (No. 2 of 1984), hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Social Service Board (No. 2) Regulations, 1988.

2. Article 7 of the National Social Service Board Regulations, 1988 ( S.I. No. 19 of 1988 ), is hereby repealed.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these Regulations is to repeal a provision varying the number of members of the National Social Service Board, thereby bringing back into operation the original provision in the National Social Service Board Act, 1984 .
