PERPETUAL FUNDS (REGISTRATION) ACT, 1933 (FEES) ORDER, 1983.

I, FRANK CLUSKEY, Minister for Trade, Commerce and Tourism, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 of the Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act, 1933 (No. 22 of 1933), and the Industry, Commerce and Tourism (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1981 ( S.I. No. 290 of 1981 ) hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act, 1933 (Fees) Order, 1983.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 17th day of October, 1983.

3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

4. The fees to be paid to the Registrar of Friendly Societies pursuant to section 15 (2) of the Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act, 1933 (No. 22 of 1933) shall be the fees specified in the Schedule to this Order.

5. The Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act, 1933 (Fees) Order, 1978 ( S.I. No. 85 of 1978 ), is hereby revoked.
