MAXIMUM PRICES (INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES) (No. 2) ORDER, 1967.

I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) (No. 2) Order, 1967.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 16th day of November, 1967.

3. The Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 233 of 1965 ), shall, as respects beer of a kind mentioned in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order, have effect as if the maximum price provided for by that Order for the sale of beer of that kind by retail in the urban district of Clones in the county of Monaghan in any manner specified in column (2) of the said Schedule were the price specified in the said column (2) opposite the mention of beer of that kind in the said column (1).
