MAXIMUM PRICES (INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES) (NO. 3) ORDER, 1966.

I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958) hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) (No. 3) Order, 1966.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 21st day of October, 1966.

3. The Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 233 of 1965 ), shall have effect as if the maximum price provided for by that Order for the sale by retail of spirits of a kind mentioned in the Schedule to this Order were increased by twopence per glass.

SCHEDULE.

Paddy whiskey, Hewitts whiskey, Midleton seven years old whiskey, Midleton ten years old whiskey, Midleton fifteen years old whiskey, Jameson's Crested Ten whiskey, Jameson's Three Star whiskey, Jameson's ten years old whiskey, Jameson's twelve years old whiskey, Jameson's fifteen years old whiskey, Jameson's twenty years old whiskey, Power's Gold Label whiskey, Power's Three Swallow whiskey, Power's ten years old whiskey, Cork dry gin, Power's distilled dry gin, Nordoff vodka, Sarotov vodka.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order amends the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965 to provide for an increase of 2d. per glass in the retail prices of certain spirits.
