CREAMERY BUTTER (MAXIMUM PRICES) ORDER, 1957 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1957.

I, PROINSIAS MAC AOGÁIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 38 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), as amended by section 7 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) (Amendment) Act, 1956 (No. 39 of 1956), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Creamery Butter (Maximum Prices) Order, 1957 (Revocation) Order, 1957.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 9th day of May, 1957.

3. The Creamery Butter (Maximum Prices) Order, 1957 ( S.I. No. 54 of 1957 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revokes on and from the 9th May, 1957, the Creamery Butter (Maximum Prices) Order, 1957, which prescribed maximum prices at which creamery butter may be sold wholesale by creameries and other persons.
