AN ACT TO AUTHORISE THE MAKING OF EX-GRATIA PAYMENTS TO CERTAIN PERSONS IN RESPECT OF THE PROHIBITION OF NET FISHING IN FRESH WATER EFFECTED BY SECTION 35 OF THE FISHERIES ACT, 1939 , AND TO MAKE FURTHER PROVISION IN RELATION TO COMPENSATION PAYABLE UNDER SUBSECTION (5) OF THE SAID SECTION 35. [31st July, 1951.]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:—
