STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1942. No. 231.

BULK CREAM (PROHIBITION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1936 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1942.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 31 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may, whenever and so often as he thinks it expedient so to do, by order prohibit the exportation from Éire (either generally or to any particular country or countries) on or after a specified date of all or any particular kinds or kind of milk product and may at any time by order revoke any such order :

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do by this Order make the following regulations :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Bulk Cream (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1936 (Revocation) Order, 1942.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. The Bulk Cream (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1936 ( S. R. & O. No. 256 of 1936 ) is revoked as on and from the 3rd day of June, 1942.
