BULK CREAM (PROHIBITION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1936.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 31 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may, whenever and so often as he thinks it expedient so to do, by order prohibit the exportation from Saorstát Eireann on or after a specified date of all or any particular kinds or kind of milk products :

AND WHEREAS by virtue of Section 3 of the said Act, bulk cream is a milk product for the purposes of the said Act :

NOW I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Bulk Cream (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1936.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The export of bulk cream is hereby prohibited.

4. This Order shall come into force as on and from the 1st day of October, 1936.
