Bridges guarded by watch of adjoining parishes, as by lord mayor appointed.

VIII. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That the several bridges on the river Anna Liffey shall be watched and guarded by watchmen of the parishes next adjoining the said bridges; which watchmen shall be so many in number, and subject to such regulations, as the lord mayor for the time being shall appoint.
