Lord mayor and seneschals every 1st Nov. and May, except Sunday, review the watch, and dismiss those unfit.

IV. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That it shall and may be lawful for the lord mayor of the city of Dublin within the said city, and for the respective seneschals of the manors or liberties of Saint Sepulchres, Thomas Court, and Donore in their respective manors or liberties, and they are hereby required, on every first day of November, unless the same shall happen on a Sunday, and in such case on every second day of November, and on every first day of May unless the same shall happen on a Sunday, and in such case on every second day of May, and at other times as often as shall to them seem convenient or necessary, and inspect and publickly review the watch of the said city, and manors or liberties; and in case any shall appear unfit for service from age, infirmity, or other causes, they shall in their respective jurisdictions dismiss such persons from serving as watchmen.
