Amendment of Employment Permits Act 2003. |
3.— Section 2 of the Employment Permits Act 2003 is amended by inserting the following subsection after subsection (10): | |
“(10A) This section shall not apply to a national of the Republic of Croatia who is entitled to be in employment in the State pursuant to section 2 (1)(a) of the European Union (Accession of the Republic of Croatia) (Access to the Labour Market) Act 2013, for the period referred to in section 2 (1)(a) of that Act.”. |
