S.I. No. 5/2004 - Independent Monitoring Commission Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2004

I, MICHAEL McDOWELL, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 (2) of the Independent Monitoring Commission Act 2003 (No. 40 of 2003) and after consultation with the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Independent Monitoring Commission Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. The 7th January 2004 is appointed as the day on which the Independent Monitoring Commission Act 2003 comes into operation.
