AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION IN RELATION TO THE INDEPENDENT MONITORING COMMISSION ESTABLISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND UNDER THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THOSE GOVERNMENTS DONE AT DUBLIN ON 25 NOVEMBER 2003 AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
