Provisions Relating to Eels and Molluscan Shellfish
Amendment of section 95 (1) of Principal Act.
18.—Section 95 (1) of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (d) thereof:
“(d) such net is constructed for the capture of eels and is operated in accordance with the conditions set out in an authorisation issued under section 100 of this Act.”.
