S.I. No. 62/1980 - An Chomhairle Oiliúa Talmhaíochta (Nomination of Members of the Board) (Amendment) Order, 1980.

I, RAY MACSHARRY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 3 (2) of the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 (No. 13 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta (Nomination of Members of the Board) (Amendment) Order, 1980.

2. An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta (Nomination of Members of the Board) Order, 1979 ( S.I. No. 270 of 1979 ), is hereby amended by the substitution in Article 4 (2) (d ) for "the 1st day of March, 1980" of "the 31st day of October, 1980".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order extends the latest date for the nomination of staff representatives to the Board of An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta from 1 March 1980 to 31 October 1980.
