AN ACT TO MAKE FURTHER AND BETTER PROVISION FOR AGRICULTURAL ADVICE, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND RESEARCH AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO ESTABLISH A BODY TO BE KNOWN AS THE NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL AUTHORITY AND TO DEFINE ITS POWERS AND DUTIES AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID. [24th May, 1977]
