MAXIMUM PRICES (BOTTLED GAS) (No. 3) ORDER, 1979.

The Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 22A and 22C (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972), the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 96 of 1973 ), and the Industry and Commerce (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 306 of 1977 ), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Bottled Gas) (No. 3) Order, 1979.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 8th day of October, 1979.

3. The maximum price at which a commodity mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number may he sold by retail is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in column (3) of that Schedule at that reference number.

4. The Maximum Prices (Bottled Gas) (No. 2) Order. 1979 ( S.I. No. 240 of 1979 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
