DUBLIN AIRPORT (PARKING FEES) BYE-LAWS, 1977.

I, TOM FITZPATRICK, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16 (3) of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1950 , (No. 4 of 1950), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), hereby make the following bye-laws.

1. These Bye-laws may be cited as the Dublin Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-Laws, 1977.

2. These Bye-laws shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1977.

3. The fees set out in the Schedule to these Bye-laws shall be charged for the parking of vehicles in Dublin Airport.

4. The Dublin Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-laws, 1975 ( S.I. No. 48 of 1975 ), are hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE.

Type of Vehicle

Rate of Fee

Motor Cars

10p per hour for the first hour or part thereof, and 5p per hour for each subsequent hour or part thereof for ground parking.

30p per hour or part thereof for covered parking subject to a maximum charge of £1.50 per 24 hours.

Motor Cycles

2p per hour or part thereof.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of these bye-laws is to prescribe the fees which may be charged for the parking of vehicles at Dublin Airport with effect from the 1st day of April, 1977.
