DUBLIN AIRPORT (PARKING FEES) BYE-LAWS, 1975.

I, PETER BARRY, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16 (3) of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1950 , (No. 4 of 1950), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), hereby make the following bye-laws.

1. These Bye-laws may be cited as the Dublin Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-Laws, 1975.

2. These Bye-laws shall come into operation on the 15th day of March, 1975.

3. The fees set out in the Schedule to these Bye-laws shall be charged for the parking of vehicles in Dublin Airport.

4. The Dublin Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-laws, 1971 ( S.I. No. 21 of 1971 ), are hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE.

Type of Vehicle

Rate of Fee

Motor Cars

5p per hour or part thereof for ground parking subject to a maximum charge of £100 for 24 hours.

30p per hour or part thereof for covered parking subject to a maximum charge of £150 for 24 hours.

Motor Cycles

2p per hour or part thereof.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of these bye-laws is to prescribe the fees which may be charged for the parking of vehicles in Dublin Airport with effect from 15th March, 1975.
