POSTAL ORDER (INLAND) AMENDMENT (No. 8) REGULATIONS, 1964.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, on the representation, of the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs as testified by his Official Seal affixed hereto, and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 23, 24 and 82 of the Post Office Act, 1908, and section 5 of the Post Office (Amendment) Act, 1951 (No. 17 of 1951), hereby make the following regulations :

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Postal Order (Inland) Amendment (No. 8) Regulations, 1964.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1964.

3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.

4. These Regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Postal Order (Inland) Regulations, 1905, hereinafter referred to as the Principal Regulations, and all Regulations amending the same.

5. The following Regulation is hereby substituted for Regulation 5 (inserted by the Postal Order (Inland) Amendment (No. 7) Regulations, 1960 ( S.I. No. 50 of 1960 )) of the Principal Regulations :

" 5. The poundage payable on postal orders shall be as follows :
