ROAD VEHICLES (INDEX MARKS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 1960.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12 of the Roads Act, 1920, hereby makes the following regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Index Marks) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1960.

2. The Schedule to the Road Vehicles (Index Marks) Regulations, 1958 ( S.I. No. 14 of 1958 ) shall be amended by the insertion in the second column of the said Schedule of the following index marks:—

(a) AZC, BZC, CZC, DZC, EZC, FZC, GZC, HZC, IZC, JZC, KZC, LZC, MZC, NZC, OZC, PZC, RZC, SZC, TZC, UZC, VZC, WZC, XZC, and YZC opposite Dublin County Council and the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor, Alderman and Burgesses of Dublin:

(b) AKI, BKI, CKI, DKI, EKI, FKI, GKI, HKI, IKI and JKI, opposite Waterford County Council and

(c) AMI, BMI, CMI, DMI, EMI, FMI, GMI, HMI, IMI, JMI, KMI, LMI, MMI, NMI, OMI, PMI, RMI, SMI, TMI, UMI, VMI, WMI, XMI and YMI opposite Wexford County Council.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations prescribe additional index marks for motor vehicles registered by the Dublin County Council and Dublin Corporation and by Waterford County Council and Wexford County Council.
