ELECTRICITY SUPPLY BOARD (SUPERANNUATION) ACT, 1942.


AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE GRANT OF PENSIONS, ALLOWANCES, AND GRATUITIES TO OR IN RESPECT OF MEMBERS OF THE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY BOARD AND PERSONS EMPLOYED BY THE SAID BOARD, TO PROVIDE FOR THE SETTING UP BY THE SAID BOARD OF A TRIBUNAL TO DETERMINE DISPUTES BETWEEN THE SAID BOARD AND MANUAL WORKERS EMPLOYED BY IT, AND TO PROVIDE FOR DIVERS MATTERS CONNECTED WITH OR INCIDENTAL TO THE SEVERAL MATTERS AFORESAID. [22nd July, 1942.]
