Amendment of section 16 of the Principal Act. |
5.— Section 16 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion at the end of sub-section (1) thereof of the following paragraph, that is to say:— | |
“(k) whenever after the 1st day of April, 1941, any person is appointed to the position of assistant-manager of the premises or to the position, whatever is its title (if any), the duties of which justify the holder being regarded as an assistant-manager of the premises, such person shall be duly qualified for such position, and the prescribed particulars of such appointment shall be notified to the Minister in the prescribed manner.” |
