Amendment of section 145 of Principal Act | ||

133. Section 145 of the Principal Act is amended by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (5): | ||
“(6) In this section, ‘guardian’ includes any guardian of a child who stands appointed under the Guardianship of Infants Act 1964 .”. |
