Amendment of section 144 of Principal Act | ||

132. Section 144 of the Principal Act is amended— | ||
(a) by designating the section as subsection (1), and | ||
(b) by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (1): | ||
“(2) In this section, ‘guardian’ includes any guardian of a child who stands appointed under the Guardianship of Infants Act 1964 .”. |
