I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (1) of the Prisons Act 1933 (No. 51 of 1933) (as adapted by the Justice and Law Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 138 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Saint Patricks Institution Partial Closing Order 2013. | ||
2. The part of Saint Patricks Institution outlined in red on the map in the Schedule shall be closed on and from 30 November 2013. | ||
