S.I. No. 243/2011 - Planning and Development Act 2000 (Strategic Development Zone) (Amendment) Order 2011.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th May, 2011.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (6) of section 166 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (No. 30 of 2000), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Strategic Development Zone) (Amendment) Order 2011.

2. Article 4 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Strategic Development Zone) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 678 of 2010 ) is amended by inserting “residential development,” after “childcare services,”.
