AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE WELFARE OF GREYHOUNDS, REGULATE THE OPERATION OF GREYHOUND BREEDING ESTABLISHMENTS AND ESTABLISH A REGISTER OF GREYHOUND BREEDING ESTABLISHMENTS.
