AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000 , TO AMEND THE TRANSPORT (RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE) ACT 2001 , AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
