Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in |

I, JOHN GORMLEY, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Water Services Act 2007 (No. 30 of 2007) hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2009. |
||
|
2. The 30th April 2009 is fixed as the day on which subsections (6) and (7) of section 70 of the Water Services Act 2007 come into operation. |
||
