GREYHOUND RACE TRACK (TOTALISATOR) (PERCENTAGE DEDUCTION) REGULATIONS, 2008 | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th December, 2008. | ||
Bord na gCon, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by subsection (2) of section 40 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958), and with the consent of the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, hereby makes the following regulations, that is to say: | ||
(1) The Greyhound Race Track (Totalisator) (Percentage Deduction) Regulations, 2004 (No. 143 of 2004) are hereby revoked. | ||
(2) The percentage deduction on all totalisator pools operated by the Board shall be not less than 20% and not greater than 25% of the moneys staked on each pool. | ||
(3) These regulations may be cited as the Greyhound Race Track (Totalisator) (Percentage Deduction) Regulations, 2008. | ||
(4) These regulations shall come into operation on the 7th day of November, 2008. | ||
