APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISERS (MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, HERITAGE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT) ORDER 2008 | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th June, 2008. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government) Order 2008. | ||
2. In this Order “Minister” means the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government. | ||
3. Mr. Ryan Meade, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government on 14 June 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister with effect from 7 May 2008. | ||
4. Mr. Dnall Geoghegan, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government on 2 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister with effect from 7 May 2008. | ||
5. Mr. Liam Reid, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government on 9 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister with effect from 7 May 2008. | ||
6. Mr. David Healy, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government on 17 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister with effect from 7 May 2008. | ||
