Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Passports Act 2008 (No. 4 of 2008), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Passports Act 2008 (Commencement) Order 2008. | ||
2. The 1st day of November 2008 is appointed as the day on which the Passports Act 2008 (No. 4 of 2008), other than subsections (8) and (9) of section 14, comes into operation. | ||
