I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Parts 1, 7, 8 and 9) (Commencement) Order 2008. | ||
2. The day fixed as the day on which Parts 1 and 7 (other than sections 114 and 115(2)) and Parts 8 and 9 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008) come into operation is 1 August 2008. | ||
