PENSIONS ACT 1990 (REGISTER OF ADMINISTRATORS) REGULATIONS 2008 | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 22nd July, 2008. | ||
The Minister for Social and Family Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 5(1) of the Pensions Act 1990 (No. 25 of 1990), hereby makes the following Regulations: | ||
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pensions Act 1990 (Register of Administrators) Regulations 2008. | ||
(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 November 2008. | ||
2. For the purposes of subsection (2) of section 64(C) (inserted by section 27(i) of the Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2008 (No. 2 of 2008)) of the Pensions Act 1990 (No. 25 of 1990), the information set out in the Schedule is prescribed as being required for inclusion in each entry in the Register referred to in subsection (1) of the said section 64(C) in respect of a registered administrator. | ||

SCHEDULE INFORMATION RELATING TO A REGISTERED ADMINISTRATOR | ||
1. The name and address of the registered administrator concerned and, if different, the address in the State for service of notices on such administrator. | ||
2. The registered number assigned by the Board in respect of the registration concerned. | ||
