COMMISSION TO INQUIRE INTO CHILD ABUSE ACT 2000 (SECTION 5) (SPECIFIED PERIOD) ORDER 2008 | ||

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 5(5)(b) of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000 (No. 7 of 2000) and after consultation with the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000 (Section 5) (Specified Period) Order 2008. | ||
2. The specified period for the purposes of section 5(5)(b) of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000 (No. 7 of 2000) is hereby extended to the 31st day of January, 2009. | ||
