The Government, on the request of the Minister for Social and Family Affairs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Social and Family Affairs) Order 2007. | ||
2. Ms. Michelle Hoctor, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Social and Family Affairs, Áras Mhic Dhiarmada, Store Street, Dublin 1, on 15 June 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Social and Family Affairs with effect from 15 June 2007. | ||
