The Government, on the request of the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs) Order 2007. | ||
2. Ms Layla De Cogan Chin, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, 43/49 Mespil Road, Dublin 4 on 10 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs with effect from 10 July 2007. | ||
