I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No. 7 of 2007), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Share Transfer Day) Order 2007. | ||
2. The 1st day of August 2007 is appointed as the share transfer day. | ||
